5 Star Wide Receiver Barion Brown Picks Kentucky

Greetings, BBN. It's my pleasure to announce that Kentucky has landed the #2 overall wide receiver in the country for the 2022 class. Brown picked the 'Cats over Alabama, Georgia, Auburn, Michigan, Michigan State, TCU, Ole Miss, Arizona State and many, MANY more. Brown is the highest rated WR recruit Kentucky has EVER landed.
The 6'1" 173 pound WR comes from Pearl-Cohn out of Nashville, TN, where this season he's had 596 receiving yards, 28 catches and 7 receiving touchdowns, all while dealing with an ankle injury.
Kentucky is looking for spots to fill a star-filled receiver room, and there are a lot of questions to be answered in regards to exactly which receivers will suit up in Blue and White next season. The room will lose super senior Josh Ali and possibly Frankfort legend Wan'Dale Robinson, the two biggest targets this season. Not to mention, questions around Mike Drennen. Barion Brown has the talent and potential to come in and make an immediate impact.
Mark Stoops is looking to make 2022 his best class yet, and as long as UK keeps the players they have committed, that task should be completed convincingly.
