Anthony Davis Exits Game With Ankle Injury

Anthony Davis is known as one of the most fragile NBA stars across the league, but after seeing the way he came down on his ankle last night, I completely understand why he had to leave the game.

He exited the game and obviously didn't return. The Lakers star left with 17 points in seventeen minutes, along with 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks and a steal.

He had to be helped off the court by his teammates because he wasn't able to put any pressure on that right ankle.

ESPN NBA reporter, Dave McMenamin, reported that Davis has a right ankle sprain, and his X-rays test came back negative. The Lakers are unsure when he will return to games and will be "reevaluated after the All-Star break."

The 2022 NBA All-Star game is scheduled to tip on Sunday, February 20th.
