‘Baby Gronk’ On UK Campus

Kentucky football is looking at their youngest recruit yet in the Stoops era.

Madden San Miguel is a 4th grader from Frisco, Texas that is already beginning to flourish and catch attention from D-1 schools, and has already taken visits with LSU, Oklahoma State, Rice, Texas Tech Ole Miss and Missouri. 'Baby Gronk' has even earned his first offer from Arizona. He was on campus this weekend for the camp held for young talents across the Commonwealth and beyond, and invites were given to future stars, most that are already in high school.

The 10-year-old, 5-foot-2, 120 pounder currently plays running back, wide receiver, linebacker, and safety, and has grown into an internet sensation through his impressive collection of drill videos along with highlight clips posted, where he possesses elite footwork, speed, and hands.

I spoke with a member close with Baby Gronk's situation and was told the 10-year-old "loved it in Kentucky" and was also informed that he has built a strong relationship with Kentucky Wide Receivers Coach, Scott Woodward. I can also confirm as of now that San Miguel's goal is to one day play in the SEC.

As we've seen before, the recruiting staff over at Kentucky has had their fair share of recruiting kids at an early age, this kid seems to be the youngest, and for good reason. San Miguel's next stop as a recruit will be with the Purdue Boilermakers on the 8th of this month.

For the time being, you can check out his YouTube channel that has already amassed over 130,000 subscribers. Could he one day bring the show to Lexington for a collegiate career?
