Kentucky keeps the success train a rollin' as they continue to win on the recruiting trial.
Saturday evening they picked up a commitment from five-star Damion Collins. The 6'9 Power Forward chose the Cats over Kansas, Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, UCLA, Georgia, and plenty of others. Collins is rated the 19th best player in the class of 2021, and the fourth best power forward in the country.
Kentucky's 2021 recruiting class now consists of:
Nolan Hickman (#3 Point Guard)
Bryce Hopkins ( #10 Power Forward)
Theres also a chance that five-star Kentucky commit, Skyy Clark, could reclassify up from the class of 2022.
Kentucky recently switched roles between Jai Lucas and Tony Barbee, allowing Lucas to recruit at full potential. When you lose a guy so impactful as Kenny Payne, you have to adapt and change your system to try to replace the talent that KP took with him.
