Final Stats From Kentucky's 118-82 Win Over Marshall

Kentucky put an absolute beatdown on the Thundering Herd of Marshall University as they won by a final score of 118-82. I think fans knew it was going to be a smooth sailing night when they set the record for the most points scored inside Rupp Arena for a first half with 69 points.

At the same halfway mark, four different Wildcats had double-figure scoring performances in Justin Edwards (10), DJ Wagner (13), Antonio Reeves (15), and Tre Mitchell (14). They shot 65% from the field, 72.7% from the three (8 three's made), and 90% from the free-throw. Quite the impressive half to say the least.

HALF: Kentucky 69, Marshall 41

The second half would be no different. Kentucky would go on to win by 36 and Marshall was no where to be found the rest of the night. Here are the final stats from the outing.

Kentucky is now 5-1 through their first 6 games.
