Final Stats In Win Over Georgia

Kentucky improves to 14-3 and is rolling on fumes of joy after an exciting Saturday night in Rupp Arena led by a debut of Big Z. Not knowing of the news until less than 5 hours before game time, it was a shock to everyone but one that had a lot of relief following behind it. The thing is, no one could've predicted just how great it was going be.

The "new" Wildcat came in and went nuclear going 4-for-4 from the three-point line - with one later being adjusted to a two-pointer - finishing with 13 points on 5/7 shooting and 3/4 from behind the arc. He also totaled in 5 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 2 steals in just 16 minutes of play. A boost immediately from the jump which contributed to 105 total points led by Tre Mitchell with 23, Antonio Reeves with 21, and 18 from DJ Wagner.

The 'Cats were projected as a 14.5 point favorite and to score only 80.5 points in total, which they surpassed those by a mile, early on. Here is the final stat sheet from the win over Georgia at home.

Kentucky will travel down to South Carolina on Tuesday night into a rough road environment, scheduled for a 6:00 tip.
