Kentucky Announces Tip Off Time For Louisville Game

Those who make the schedule for the University of Kentucky’s men’s basketball team must not pay attention to college football.

On Friday, the university announced that the tip-off time for the annual meeting between Kentucky and Louisville on the hardwood will be on December 31, 2022, at 12:00 p.m., which will be the same time that we hope Mark Stoops’ football team will be kicking off in the Superdome in New Orleans, playing in the Sugar Bowl. The basketball rivalry game, with the anticipated matchup against former John Calipari assistant Kenny Payne and his Cardinal squad, will be aired on CBS.

If things go the way Coach Mark Stoops plans, his team could be playing at the same time in the Sugar Bowl, forcing many Wildcats’ fans to choose which game to attend or watch. We all hope that becomes an actual problem.
