Kentucky Makes The CFP Rankings

The University of Kentucky football team has jumped into the CFP rankings this week. The Wildcats are currently ranked 24th in the new CFP rankings that were just released. Kentucky is not ranked in this weeks AP Poll, but are 24th in the AFCA Coaches' Poll. The top four come out to be:

  1. Georgia

  2. Ohio State

  3. Michigan

  4. TCU

The CFP is used to determine the four semifinalists for the NCAA football championship. It is also used to fill the New Year's Six bowl games.

Coming off a much needed road win at Missouri, the Wildcats will be in action this Saturday against a flu-ridden Vanderbilt team. That game is available on the SEC Network and will kickoff at Noon EST.
