Kentucky Ranked No. 9 In AP Poll
Updated: Sep 12, 2022
After knocking off No. 12 Florida in The Swamp and for the third time in the last five seasons, Kentucky makes a huge jump in this week's AP Poll.
Kentucky is now listed at No. 9 in the AP Poll, making an 11-spot jump. For the first time since 2007 and in the Stoops era, Kentucky has cracked the top-ten.
This truly is a different world of Kentucky football that fans have been clinging on and enjoying the ride for, with the last five seasons having been so, so special. The culture Mark Stoops has built in Lexington is one that can withstand the test, and has time after time, and we're now at a point where beating a historically great Florida program is something that we expect to do now on a consistent basis.
Ole Miss and Georgia, the Cats are coming for you next.
