Barring any upsets, it looks like Kentucky and Ole Miss are heading towards a 4-0 vs. 4-0, top-15 matchup on October 1st. The SEC has announced that the Wildcats and Rebels will kick it off at Noon ET. on ESPN from Vaught Hemingway Stadium down in Oxford.
Also, remember that if you plan on traveling to the game, the area is on central time. They are an hour behind central (and most of) Kentucky. With a kickoff slated for 12 p.m., it will be set for 11 a.m. local time. You only have to worry about this if you're making the trip or live east of Louisville, which that would be routine for you anyways.
This will be the first time in 12 years that Kentucky has traveled to Ole Miss to play the Rebels. Ole Miss won that matchup by a score of 42-35. Could we be heading towards a similar shootout style game? Mark Stoops and Brad White might have other plans.
