Nolan Hickman commits to Kentucky

Saturday afternoon Kentucky picked up a commitment from four-star point guard Nolan Hickman.

Hickman chose the Wildcats over programs like Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, Washington, UCLA and many others. The 6'2 185lb guard out of Mount Pleasant, Utah, is the first commitment in the class of 2021 for John Calipari and Co.

247Sports has him ranked as the 3rd best PG in the country, sitting at 30th overall in his class. His rankings are kind of all around, with Rivals having him listed as 13th best PG and the 76th overall prospect in his class.

Hickman told 247Sports in an interview that Kentucky has always been his dream school. “I grew up watching them. “I love the system. The second Coach Cal and (Tony) Barbee reached out it just felt like I was wanted and it was home. It is where I need to be to get to the next level.”

His early commitment will give him plenty of time to help recruits other in the class of 2021 to come to Lexington with him.
