UK Calls For A Blue-Out Versus Alabama

Alabama comes to town this weekend for the first time since 2013. Since then, Kentucky has been to Tuscaloosa twice losing by a combined 97-9.

Both programs are looking to add another win onto their brutal schedules and it's going to take a lot of things to go right for the 'Cats to defend their home turf. So much as to that the athletics department is asking fans to participate in a blue-out inside the Kroger Field stadium.

For the second time this season, UK Athletics Director Mitch Barnhart has announced that he will have the parking lot gates opened an hour earlier than normal to encourage fans to show up early and get their tailgating experience started to propel themselves into a rowdy home crowd a few hours after. Fans can show up at 7 AM instead of the regular eight o'clock routine. The Cat Walk will start at 9:45 AM on Saturday morning with the kickoff time set for noon.

I'm sure there will be a solid but small section of red but without a doubt in my mind the blue will outnumber it by a landslide. Make sure you wears yours if you plan to attend!
