More legal trouble is surfacing for Kentucky running back Chris Rodriguez. First reported by LEX18, it appears Rodriguez did not appear for arraignment after being arrested under suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence.
Early Sunday morning, Rodriguez was pulled over. According to the citation, the vehicle was not “maintaining it’s designed operating lane” and after being pulled over, Rodriguez had an odor of alcohol.
The UK star admitted to having “one or two” drinks at popular downtown Lexington bar known as Belle’s.
The UK Football staff has yet to say any word on the legal issues regarding Rodriguez, and right now there is buzz amongst the BBN faithful if any punishment will ensue following the arrest.
The continuation of an already unfortunate situation is a bummer going into the weekend, but hopefully this is the last breaking news we hear in regards to his legal issues moving forward.
