YAHTZEE! Kentucky receives commitment from 3-star Wide Receiver

Kentucky continues to add to their impressive recruiting class by picking up a verbal commitment this morning from Christian "Chris" Lewis, a three-star wide receiver out of Pleasant Grove, Alabama.

The 6'3, 190lb wide receiver chose Kentucky over nearly 39 different schools, some being the likes of Louisville, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Nebraska, Oregon, and the list goes on. He is the fourth wide receiver from the class of 2021 to pick Kentucky, and says his reasoning is it's "where he felt home was."

He helped lead his team to the 5A State title game in 2019, putting up crazy numbers throughout the season, scoring 20 Touchdowns, recording 75 receptions and going for 1,398 yards.

Lewis is ranked the 60th overall WR in the nation by 247Sports, and his commitment to the Wildcats moves their 2021 recruiting class up to 45th in the nation.
