Kentucky Defensive Back Yusuf Corker has decided to make the jump to the next level by declaring for the NFL Draft.
“Big Blue Nation, you are the best fans around and I thank you for cheering us on continually through the ups and the downs.”
“The time has come to follow my dreams and I am excited to announce that I will be declaring for the 2022 NFL Draft.”
The former team captain (2020) spent four seasons playing for Mark Stoops after redshirting during his freshman year.
He played in 37 career games as a Wildcat and earned himself 24 starts during that span. One of his most memorable moments in blue was his 8 tackles against Alabama as just a junior. He also delivered this huge hit in this years Citrus Bowl win.
Corker finished with 46 solo tackles during his senior year campaign and has caught the eyes of many teams in the NFL. I’m excited to see where he ranks amongst the others on the draft boards.
