UK vs UGA Nearing Sellout Minutes After Tickets Go On Sale

If you’re expecting to attend the Kentucky vs Georgia game this season, expect to fork out some cash. The game is ALREADY close to a sellout!!

Kroger Field will host the defending national champs in 2022 when Kirby Smart’s Georgia Bulldogs come to town. Tickets for ALL UK home games are on sale as of this morning, and many lined up (virtually) to purchase tickets for what could potentially become the biggest game in the history of UK Football. As of 3:30 PM, the only reserved tickets via the ticket office are single tickets.

There is no doubt the importance of a full Kroger Field. Kentucky sold out two games in 2021 and neared another and a lot of credit was given by UK coach Mark Stoops after defeating Florida and LSU. The Big Blue Nation showed up last year and appears to be in full force this year.

If Kentucky can will their way to a season defying win at Kroger Field, and then crown themselves SEC East champion, expect there to be chaos in Lexington, only similar to a UK Mens Basketball national championship. There are limited tickets still available for the big game. Reserved single tickets and resale tickets are available through Ticketmaster and can be found directly on the UK Athletics website. There is a certain buzz in Lexington, which has only grown since the 2021 season. As the season nears, make sure that you’re a part of it.
